Artefacts from different parts of the world capture and display the relationship between human body and actions performed by the objects we create. The subject of this work is not the artefact, but the activity embodied and transmitted through it. Project examines the interactions shaping everyday objects, the techniques and artistry that render them ‘vessels of life’. A kinetic and interactive installation incorporates smells, sounds, textures, materials and craftsmanship, aiming to reveal the universal language of creation that connects humankind and transcends time. Work celebrates the enormous diversity of humankind and the ways in which we can learn about it.
